EXCELLENT for Front desk/Reception, Bell Boy, Driver, Telephone Operator, Room Attendant, Security Guard

GOOD for In-room Entertainments
Comments: We would love to have a CD player. Do not want TV but bought some Bali CDs & could not play them . Nice calming/relaxing music (this is a very romantic place & single beds are not very romantic)

You have a very beautiful resort – your beds are too hard/firm pillows perfect but mattress not comfortable. Your bathroom/Jacuzzi is amazing!! Your attention to detail is to be commanded. Well done!

All of your employees are a credit to your hotel. The are all courteous, polite & always smiling. We looking forward to staying with you again next year. 2 days was not long enough!! More next time. Thank you!

- Air Conditioning: Difficult if not impossible to adjust
- Bathroom Amenities: The Jacuzzi is wonderful but older people find it difficult to enter
